The property provided a peaceful and tranquil setting, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The owner/host was incredibly gracious and hospitable, making us feel like we were staying with a favorite relative. The breakfast served was outstanding, with delicious and well-cooked food.

There were a few areas that could do with some improvement, such as the beds and the bathroom which could benefit from a refresh.

We had a fantastic stay at Ardgort Guest House for 3 nights. John, the host, was extremely welcoming and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The house itself is lovely, with spacious rooms and a cozy bar with a log burner. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfasts were generous. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location was perfect for day trips. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa for relaxing and watching TV. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant and had a great time sitting by the cozy log burner in the bar. The peaceful location offered stunning views and we even had the bonus of a beautiful balcony. John went above and beyond to take care of us and answer all our questions, making our stay truly memorable.

The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we enjoyed being able to walk into town in just 5 minutes. We had a fantastic Xmas stay at this charming country house. the room was cozy and comfortable, and the warm welcome from the staff made us feel right at home. the location was ideal, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, and we loved being able to relax on the balcony. Plus, the hearty breakfast provided was a great way to start the day.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the shower had very low water pressure, which was quite disappointing.
